I imagine a site that people can use for listing all their contact information.
They can list their friends and specify different contact information for each of them.
Not only does it show up in your list for them, but for those with nebulous target audiences, such as twitter or blogs,
you can specify who your primary audience is.
This lets them know that you're not just posting to the anonymous web, but you mean to be communicating with them.
